Weight Loss Diet Plan
Day 1. Eat all fruits except bananas. Consume watermelon.
Day 2. Eat raw or cooked vegetables of your choice.
Day 3. A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice.
Day 4. Eat as many as bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk.
Day 5. Eat beef & tomatoes. Increase your water intake.
Day 6. Eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables.
Day 7. Your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.

To avoid getting fatter over time, increase your metabolism by doing weight loss exercises. One of the best weight loss exercises for controlling weight, maintaining good posture and improving self-concept is walking.
Activities that you may not enjoy like Yard work, Gardening or Housecleaning can be done to lose weight. They are not just chores to do around your home but they are weight loss exercises as well.
